Your fascia is tissue that covers all your muscles, joints, and organs. It is also the layer of tissue that your nerve endings live in. Using several tools, I help to release the fascial system allowing the lymph system that flushes toxins to clear. This helps prepare your body for the healing to come.
Through a series of trigger points and passive movement, I release muscles that are congesting the joints. The body can then move through its natural range without compressing the nerves. These movements also help to reinforce the neuromuscular connection, breaking the bad feedback loop that resulted in the pain.
I help you identify which muscles you need to stretch and which muscles you need to strengthen so we can create a routine that fits your needs and abilities. With this knowledge, and regular massage, you can take back your life from the cycle of pain.
